Enrique Tsou, trained engineer and former high-powered and successful corporate leader with a mult-national engineering company, quit his job to follow his heart in pursuit of his aspiration to touch peoples' lives with his teaching.

However, his teaching is not on engineering but on self-development, motivating others to dare change. That is why he sees himself complementing what Ms. Sheila Wong does; "Sheila's job as image and beauty consultant brings about extrinsic changes while my courses goes deeper to effect intrinsic changes."

Born to a Taiwanese diplomat, Enrique was raised and educated in various countries in South and Central America where his father was posted. He therefore grew up speaking Spanish while his mother tongue is Mandarin. Enrique also speaks fluent English.

Armed with an electronic engineering degree from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela, he was working as an instrument engineer in Venezuela, and was later assigned to Madrid, Spain to open a company.

From Spain he was transferred to Singapore as a Managing Director and Marketing Development Manager for Asia. He headed the company and turned it into a profitable company within 18 months.

His passion for training led him to embark on a direct tutelage with Bob Proctor in the U.S.A. on "Science on Getting Rich" and "The Global Achiever" programs. This educational milestone was to change his life as he was inspired to venture into the field of entrepreneurship in the world of Image and Beauty and as a Behavioral Change Trainer.

Enrique's excellent lateral thinking skills, his international work exposure and experiences helped him to win customers with his fine social graces. His competence in troubleshooting, problem solving, couple with his communication and management abilities contribute significantly to his career's success.

He has been conucting numerous image training programs which includes many mulitnational corporations.

He has also conducted numerous motivational courses. More than 5,000 individuals have benefited from his inspiring programs.

Enrique has featured in numerous dailies and radio talk shows. He has spoken to a crowd of 850 poeple in China on image.

Dr. Tim Cornwall DTM

DTM Dr Tim Cornwall has been teaching EFL since 1979.

From teaching on the shop floor to nuclear-reactor engineers in a clean room, from off-duty lounges for hospital staff to VIP offices for fast-track executives, from freshmen university students to retirees, with classes of over 220 to private one-on-one,
Tim has a been very active in EFL classrooms in Tokyo, Klagenfurt and Bangkok.

From 1979 to 1982, he taught at a leading language institute in Tokyo followed by three years with Temple University Japan in their Academic English Program where he earned his MEd (TESOL).

From 1985 to 1987, Tim was Guest Professor, Klagenfurt University, Austria. During his time in Europe, Dr Tim learned both French and German.

Dr Tim returned to Japan in 1988 where he remained until 1996. During his second stay, Tim taught at Japanese universities and was Assistant Professor, English Language Department, Sophia University, Tokyo.

Dr Tim has published four textbooks, an academic publication on teaching short courses in Thailand, hundreds of articles, is a regular columnist for the Bangkok Post and is working on new publishing projects for IELTS students.

Tim has lived in Thailand since May 1997 and now teaches in the MEd Program and in the undergraduate program at Shinawatra University and is the author of the weekly column Teacher-to-Teacher run every Tuesday in The Bangkok Post Education Section.

Under his leadership District 51 achieved the President’s Distinguished status, a recognition accorded to the top 6 Districts in the world for exceeding the District’s goal.

In 2008, Toastmasters International awarded him with its highest award, the Presidential Citation, for his altruism and service to the members.

Siva is a member of the Board of Directors at Renesas Semiconductor Malaysia (a Japanese MNC), and attributes his success to Toastmasters.

Dan was born in Norwalk Connecticut (suburb of New York City), graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with an Engineering Degree. Worked a few years in systems analysis and project management before moving into marketing and business development.  Earned  his MBA from Loyola College in Maryland. Has had a long career in Business Development/Management, currently the Managing Director of DPS Worldwide Co., Ltd. a marketing and business development company, and also President and COO of Mullberry Magic an organic juice and personal care products company producing all products in Thailand.

He and his Joint Venture Partner, Primedsys Pte, Ltd. of Singapore are providing hybrid marketing solutions to the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries, making heavy use of Social Media. He is a resident of Bangkok with his lovely wife Polly.

He is a frequent public speaker, MC, Active in Toastmasters International and is currently Area Governor for Thailand Area 5.
